You are able to amend your shipping address within the 30 minute order editing window. Following this period, we would not be able to amend this for you due to how quickly orders are processed by our warehouse team. However, it may be possible to update this with the courier by contacting them directly before the order is out for delivery.

To do this, please wait until you receive your tracking email directly from the courier as it will contain your tracking number that you can provide to the courier in the hopes they can amend the address for you. Please note this is not guaranteed.

If the order gets returned to us and could not be delivered successfully, we will email you once this gets back to us and offer to re-despatch this with a fee of the delivery amount (£2.99 UK, £7.99 International)

If you input the incorrect address at checkout, we cannot be held accountable if the order goes missing or is delivered to the wrong address and are therefore not liable to refund/replace the order.
