*   Please use our [returns portal](https://returnsportal.co/r/bohomoon?s=1&lang=) to request a return or exchange.
*   A £7.99 invoice will be sent to international customers to cover the cost of postage to ship the exchange.
*   Return postage is the responsibility of the customer (for international orders we suggest using a local courier) and original postage is non-refundable.
*   If you have damaged your items or they show signs of wear, we cannot accept a return.
*   Please ensure the correct postage is used (we also recommend using a signed-for service).
*   If your order is received back outside of the 28-day timeframe, we reserve the right to refuse your return and send it back to you.
*   We reserve the right to deduct the original postage cost from your refund if you no longer qualify for free shipping.
*   If you are returning goods from outside the UK, please tick on the customs declaration that it is returned goods or there may be further customs charges.
