We want all of our customers to be pleased with their orders. However, if this is not the case, you have the right to cancel and return your item(s) within 14 days of receiving them. Once you tell us you’d like to return something, you then have another 14 days to send it back.

Please request your return on our [portal](https://returnsportal.co/r/bohomoon?s=1&lang= "https://returnsportal.co/r/bohomoon?s=1&lang=") within 14 days and we can exchange it for you and allow up to 14 working days for returns to be processed during sale periods. Please include a slip with your order number when you send it back along with the size that you want and we will sort it out for you!

If your order qualified for a 3 FOR 2, Buy 1 get 50% off or a Gift With Purchase promotion and you are returning any items, please also return the free item. If the free item is not returned, its value will be deducted from your refund.

All products must be returned unworn and in the same packaging they arrived in.

Earrings cannot be returned due to hygiene reasons.

The rings MUST have the size tag attached (and not tampered with) or your items will be refused and returned back to you.

You can request your return / exchange on the returns portal.

Please send with tracked shipping and keep a note of your tracking number so we can follow the progress of your return.
